Being a celebrity is not a tea party especially when it comes to delighting your fans and because of the energy demand of the job of attending to so many people and signing autographs as the case may be, a star needs to be fit as fiddle always but perhaps not all celebrity knows how to lose weight. Most fans also do wish to have a body like that of their favorite movie star.
A lot of ladies wish to have a slim waist lines, a tight stomach and very nice curves such as the likes of Jennifer Anniston, Angelina Jolie, etc. For guys, nothing would be nicer than having the ripped abs of fat-free physiques that the likes of Brad Pitt and Mario Lopez have or the nicely built body of Wesley Snipes.
But how do these celebrities or stars get these unique shapes many just dream of? Are they doing some things their fans are not aware of which is making them look like a god or goddess or are they just simply blessed by God of creation?
So, what do they do differently that the average person is not doing that is giving them such great bodies? The simple truth is that even before they become stars producers often look at potential stars whose body has some great sex appeal and are fit for the role. If you don't sell movies, you don't get paid...simple as that.
Thus, right before they come out, they have worked on themselves and visit different dietitians and specialist paying them handsomely to help them get there.
What I want you to do today is think of an "incentive" that will help you work towards your weight loss goals. If you are single, maybe your incentive is to look better (and attract a mate).
If you are unhealthy, maybe your incentive is to improve that health (you only get one chance at life).
If you are unemployed, maybe you want to get in shape for that next interview. It will give you a new found confidence.
If you are married, maybe you want to get in shape to spice up your love life or to work with your spouse to prove a positive example for your children.
Your health is important and everywhere you look in your lives there are "incentives" to improve your health, fitness and nutrition.
Weight loss comes down to 3 things. Fitness, diet and incentive. It is knowing how to combine these things in the right manner that will led to success at weight loss.
